Easily add / edit / remove Directors to your corporation using Ownr

Adding a Director

Directors have an overall responsibility to the corporation. If you want to learn more about a Director's role, just click here.

Simply visit your Dashboard -> click Organization -> Directors -> Add Director.

You'll need to fill in the information for the new Director as shown below.

Then sign off on the change for the government form.

Once the government form is signed, the required shareholders' resolution is automatically prepared and emailed directly to all shareholders for signing using our eSignature tool.

Once everyone is finished signing you can see your new Director and all corresponding documents under Organization -> Directors/Minute Book.

Editing Directors

To edit a director's information visit your 'Dashboard' -> Directors -> Select the drop down for desired director.

Then click 'Edit'.

Once you've finished editing their information, sign the government form.

The required resolutions are automatically prepared and emailed directly to all shareholders and relative directors for signing using our eSignature tool.

Removing Directors

To remove a director from your business, start by visiting 'Dashboard' -> Directors -> Select the drop down arrow and hit 'Remove'.

Choose removal or resignation from the drop down menu.

Once you've submitted the information, sign the government form.

Once the government form is signed, the required shareholders' resolution is automatically prepared and emailed directly to all shareholders for signing using our eSignature tool.

After all parties have signed the necessary documentation, you will be able to visit your 'Directors' tab and see the changes that were completed.
